These services are delivered electronically through the HobbyClues website or user account.
Customers may request cancellation of a purchased digital service within 24 hours of the transaction, provided that the service has not yet been activated or used.

Once a digital service has been activated, delivered, or used, cancellation may no longer be possible.
This includes:
AI analysis or valuation results that have already been generated or delivered
Premium Listing services that have already been activated
Move to Top services that have already been applied
Highlight services that have already been activated
To request cancellation, customers should email hello@hobbyclues.in with:
Name
Registered email address
Transaction/order reference, if available
Date of payment
Purchased service
Reason for cancellation
Our team will review the request and verify the transaction.
Cancellation and refund are subject to the Return & Refund Policy published on HobbyClues.
If a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will normally be initiated within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
If a customer is charged more than once for the same service, or payment is successfully deducted but the service is not activated due to a technical issue, the customer may contact hello@hobbyclues.in for assistance.
