These services are provided electronically through the HobbyClues website and the user's account.
HobbyClues does not currently sell or ship physical products through these services.
Therefore, physical shipping, courier delivery, shipping charges, and delivery addresses are not applicable to purchases of our digital services.
After successful payment, the purchased digital service will generally be activated or made available to the customer's HobbyClues account.
AI Coin Valuation and Analysis results will be provided digitally through the applicable HobbyClues service.
Premium Listing, Move to Top, and Highlight services will be applied digitally to eligible listings after successful payment and activation.
Digital services are generally activated immediately or within a reasonable period after successful payment, subject to technical processing and payment confirmation.
If payment has been successfully completed but the purchased service has not been activated, customers should contact:
