2015-D U.S. Quarter Blue Ridge Parkway North Carolina

This 2015-D United States quarter celebrates North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Parkway. The reverse features a scenic mountain roadway framed by trees and flowering plants, with the inscription “Blue Ridge Parkway” and the year 2015. The obverse shows George Washington with the familiar “Liberty” and “In God We Trust” inscriptions. A Denver-minted 25-cent coin from the America the Beautiful Quarters series, it makes a distinctive addition to a U.S. quarter or national parks collection.
