1971 South Africa 50 Cents Coin

This is a 50 cents coin from South Africa dated 1971. The obverse features the South African coat of arms with the inscription 'SOUTH AFRICA SUID-AFRIKA' and the year 1971. The reverse shows the denomination '50' alongside a floral design. The coin shows signs of wear and has some green discoloration near the top on both sides.
